Do I need a special license to drive an RV?
In Texas, a standard Class C driver's license is sufficient for most RVs under 26,000 lbs. No CDL required for personal use. Our team will confirm requirements for your specific rental at pickup.
What's included in the rental price?
All rentals include the RV, standard linens and towels, and a full kitchen kit. Roadside assistance is provided through your booking platform (Wheelbase or RVshare) — details are in your confirmation email. Generator usage, mileage overages, and optional add-ons are itemized separately at booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons (spring break, summer, and fall holidays). Last-minute availability does happen — check the live calendar on our Fleet page.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are managed through Wheelbase and vary by booking. Full details are shown at checkout before you confirm. We always recommend reviewing the policy before completing your reservation.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes — several of our RVs are pet-friendly. Look for the "Pet Friendly" badge on Fleet page listings. A pet fee applies and is shown at checkout.
What happens if something breaks on the road?
Roadside assistance is handled through your booking platform — Wheelbase or RVshare — depending on where you reserved. Check your booking confirmation for the 24/7 emergency contact number and reach out to them directly. Do not attempt repairs yourself.
